Start with the conversation you are allowed to capture

Make the recording arrangement clear to everyone involved and follow your organisation’s rules. A device being technically able to record does not make it suitable for a client meeting or a restricted workplace. Ask the responsible team what services, content and retention settings are permitted before uploading a real conversation.

Count minutes before choosing a plan

List a normal month of meetings you would actually transcribe. Do not count every working hour, and do not assume unused allowance carries over. Compare your estimate with the current service terms. Review the current app-version policy, deletion controls and subprocessors with whoever approves your work tools. We have not independently audited the service’s data handling.
